Policy

• Any credit offered must be used within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Please be sure to use credit within that time frame as credit after 30 days will not be accepted.

• We are not responsible for flowers after 48 hours.

• We do not guarantee exact delivery times. (ex. Putting 5:00pm as the delivery time does not guarantee delivery at exactly 5:00pm unless confirmed with us).

• Putting "asap" as the pick up/delivery date may cause delays as we need an exact date.

• NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS! We offer a credit in the amount spent.
